Part 7: Reporting Results
Your report of evaluation findings to the community represents
a valuable opportunity to communicate evidence of the program’s
benefits and needs. How you report the findings can ensure
that you get the support and credit you deserve, or it can
raise questions about the value of your program. It is vital
that you document and report all that you have found that
addresses the questions posed in your evaluation – the
positive and the negative.
This section will guide you through selecting the type of
report best suited to your needs. It will help you create
a report that includes the most useful information for achieving
your purpose, while addressing what your audience wants to
know. The section includes the following choices. Click on
each for more.
