Model

"Smoking'' or "smoke" means the burning, inhaling, exhaling, or lighting of a cigar, cigarette, pipe or other tobacco product, or possessing a lit cigar, cigarette, pipe or other tobacco or non-tobacco product designed to be combusted and inhaled, and the smoke thereby produced.

For the purposes of this Part, the following terms shall have the following meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

  1. "Smoking" means inhaling, exhaling, burning, carrying, or possessing any lighted tobacco product, including cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, and any other lighted combustible plant material.

Section 1.0 Definitions

Whenever used in these rules and regulations, the following terms shall be construed as follows:

    1. “Smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, burning or carrying any lighted cigar, cigarette, pipe, weed, plant, or other combustible substance in any manner or in any form; provided, however, that smoking shall not include burning during a religious ceremony.
